Or you could make everybody else adjust to accommodate him. Apparently that’s the answer our society favors when men cause problems.
I disagree with it whether it’s a therapist or not.
I’ve been thinking about why I’m so disappointed in the female therapists covering for him (and even moving to their own site) instead of leaving him to bear the responsibility and consequences of his choices.
I’m extra disappointed in this behavior from therapists because I thought therapists would be more enlightened than most people. They are certainly not. It’s pretty discouraging to see an office of supposedly feminist women behave in support of misogyny. I expect that sort of thing from traditional religious women, but I didn’t expect it on this level from modern mental health counselors. I’m having to work through my extreme disappointment in them as women and feminists.
