My humor aside for a moment, guys it was communicated to me months ago that some people don’t like that I called Aaron Gleaves hot and a sex symbol.
I wasn’t given a reason why they didn’t like it. Did they not like it because they don’t share my opinion? Did they dislike it because they think therapists should never be considered sexy, even though they’re people too? I have no idea.
I chose to call him hot and sexy because it was the one thing I felt was true that also helped me feel much less emotional when I thought of him and how I felt hurt by him.
It’s quite okay if you think he’s plain or average or even ugly. I don’t think you oughta get online and call him ugly because I’ll fight you lol, but I guess you could do that if you feel strongly enough about it. I always know that Aaron is free to say if he thinks I’m ugly or plain or cute or whatever, if he feels inclined to. If he hasn’t commented on my looks that’s because he doesn’t want to not because he can’t.
Don’t you think there’s a strong possibility that as I dislike him more and more that I’ll begin to feel like he’s ugly and disgusting? That’s how it works usually. So it seems like you won’t have to hear me call him hot or sexy for much longer.
Additionally, all Aaron had to do was tell me he didn’t like me telling people I thought he was gorgeous and ask me to please stop.
It’s sounds simple, but I would’ve stopped. Sometimes people don’t like us and they don’t like to know that we find them attractive. It’s possible that Aaron is picky about who thinks he looks good. He can’t control people’s opinions, but sure if he doesn’t like thinking of me thinking he’s handsome then I’d be inclined to stop writing about it. I’d still tell anyone in person who wants to know and I’d still think it, but I would’ve stopped blogging that he was hot if he’d asked me like a normal person. Not because I have to listen but because I would’ve respected him enough.
But it’s kind of past that now. It will be nearly impossible to have this much dislike for him and still think he’s beautiful. Plus I think at his current rate he won’t age well. Just my opinion.
However it goes, looks like he and his supporters will win that battle over his looks that seems to mean so much to them.
